Does iCombine integrate with other software solutions?

We’re currently developing a REST-API. It will allow you to connect iCombine to other solutions, like your task management or time tracking tools. Furthermore, we plan to introduce a Zapier integration this year.

How can I customize iCombine?

You can create your own skill structure within our software and adjust it at any time. Also, you can define individual working hours for your people or create and assign time templates. Custom attributes and visibility options can be set on projects to adjust iCombine to your needs. Please get in touch if you have any special requirements: support@icombine.net

What happens after the trial phase?

You will not be able to sign in after the test phase expired. If you decide to switch to a paid plan within the 30-days test phase, you can continue to sign in and also use the data created by account members during the test phase.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription within your first 14 days of usage, you get a full refund of your payment. After that, a cancellation will prevent the automatic renewal and further charges to your credit card. Please read our terms and conditions for details.

Are there any setup fees?

No, there are no setup fees or hidden charges. Setting up our software includes a one-hour set-up call with the support team. In case you need more resources, special support, training or consulting, please get in touch with support@icombine.net for an individual offer.

What if I exceed my plan limits?

In case you want to manage more or fewer people with iCombine, you may change the number of users in your plan at any time. Please get in touch with our support for more details: support@icombine.net

Can I get a trial phase?

Yes, your organization can get a one-time test for 30 days. A maximum of 50 people can sign in during that phase and experience our software. There are a few restrictions, such as limited skill reports.

What kind of contract does iCombine offer?

We offer a subscription agreement. The subscription is billed on a monthly or annual basis. A subscription allows you to access iCombine within the boundaries of your selected plan. The price is dependent on the number of people you want to manage in iCombine, as expressed in the plans above. The subscription will automatically be renewed after the selected billing cycle.

What kind of payment does iCombine accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you can not pay using a credit card, please contact support@icombine.net for alternative options.
