Shaping the future of work
With Empathetic Empowerment, Humane Cooperation and Transparency
We believe that…
…every person deserves appreciation for his or her individual skill set and potential. In our view, there are various professional opportunities out there for everybody. In times of information overload and frustrating search processes, it is our goal to uncover those possibilities.
The objective of iCombine is to create a world where organizations and talents, based on their demands and interests, easily connect to work on common tasks and solve complex problems.
With our software, we’re on our mission to create transparent networks where resources can be shared and allocated in the best possible way. Within those networks, every person recognizes where own talent is needed, how it can be enhanced and who to team up with.
What we do
We automate planning processes, by combining relevant criteria and connecting the right people.
We discover unused potential inside organizations and support them to make better hiring and people planning decisions.
We help organizations to reach complex, and changing goals by developing individuals and structures.
