Do you offer a free trial phase?

Sure! Your organization can get a one-time test for 30 days. A maximum of 50 people can sign in during that phase and experience our software. Would you like to know what you could do during the free month? Please read how to make the most of your trial

What happens after the trial phase?

You will not be able to sign in after the test phase expired. If you decide to switch to a paid plan within the 30-days test phase, you can continue to sign in without interruption and also use the data created by account members during the test phase. Alternatively, we can also provide you with a completely new workspace. 

How can I customize iCombine?

You can customize almost every aspect around skill management and project team planning. This includes the definition of relevant hard and soft skills in your organization. You can set a standard structure that each skill profile in your organization will follow. If you don’t want to start from scratch, we will happily provide you with a skill template that you can adjust to your needs. 

Our solution allows you to define what your people can be matched to: core job roles and seniority levels, training opportunities, peer learnings, working cycles, job sharing, succession planning, lunch meetings or afternoon activities – the possibilites are endless.

Also, you can set individual working hours for your people or create and assign time templates. Custom attributes, visibility options and permissions can be adjusted on projects to align iCombine to your needs.

Are there any setup fees?

First of all, virtual demo calls with our sales team are free of charge.

After signing our usage agreement, there are no setup fees or hidden costs. Setting up our software includes a one-hour set-up call with the support team. In case you need more resources, special support, training or consulting, please get in touch with support@icombine.net for an individual offer.

 

Does iCombine integrate with other software solutions?

We will support you and your organizational infrastructure with on-demand integrations to other tools. Please share your needs with us: support@icombine.net

What kind of contract does iCombine offer?

We offer a subscription agreement. The subscription is billed on a monthly or annual basis. A subscription allows you to access iCombine within the boundaries of your selected plan. The price is dependent on the number of users you want to onboard or manage in iCombine, the plan and the billing cycle. The subscription will automatically be renewed after the selected billing cycle.

Who counts as a user?

Workspace admins, project managers or normal workspace members with a skill profile – every person with an active login counts as a user. Additionally, every placeholder profile that is created and managed by an admin also counts as a user. 

What if I exceed my plan limits?

If you want to manage more people with iCombine, you can increase the number of users in your subscription at any time. The difference will be invoiced from the day of the change. If you want to manage fewer people with iCombine, you can reduce the number of users in your subscription for the next possible renewal period. What kind of payment does iCombine accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers and Paypal. If you can not pay either way, please contact support@icombine.net for alternative options.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at the end of your monthly or annual billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription within your first 14 days of usage, you get a full refund of your payment.
