Richard Schentke
Co-Founder & CEO
Richard’s passion for people management dates back to 2010. During his career, he gained valuable work experience in the areas of employer branding, recruiting, and talent development. This sparked the idea that something needs to change in our professional environments. Richard is motivated by the idea that jobs can meaningfully and flexibly contribute to one’s life goals and changing circumstances.
Richard is one of the co-organizers of the New Work Berlin Meetup group – the largest German-speaking Meetup community that discusses the future of work since 2017.
Robert Freytag
Co-Founder & CTO
Robert has been enthusiastic about the possibilities of technology since a young age. He gathered extensive professional experience in software development and consulting on an international scale. Robert possesses great attention to detail and loves to develop scalable products that improve the lives of its users.
